• To build the capacity of participants to enact equitable and just practices.
• To help participants develop their understanding of the context and history of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and explore the impact of racism and anti-racism in our society.

• Move beyond the ‘one-time’ workshop with a tailored approach to deep learning. 

• Our bespoke, follow up think-tanks support leaders and staff to give effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi relationships and responsibilities, moving beyond the ‘why’ and into the ‘how’ and ‘what’.

• KMK facilitators work with you and your team, providing appropriate support, challenge, and guidance to systematically identify and embed Te Tiriti-centric practices within your organisation.

• Together, develop a lived plan and framework for bicultural practice and meaningful relationships and take bicultural practice from something your organisation ‘does’ to something your organisation ‘becomes’.
